An immutable institutional registry.
How it works
Create a pool and tokenise its receivables using unique Loan IDs. Digital tokens are linked to the receivables through the supporting legal documentation.
Check individual receivables or an entire loan tape using the Loan IDs and pool passkey. See whether each receivable is available, sold or not found in the registry.
Transfer the tokens to a verified, whitelisted buyer. Under the solution's legal framework, ownership transfer requires the corresponding token transfer.
The registry automatically updates the recorded holder and marks the receivables as sold. Their recorded status and transfer history remain verifiable.
Characteristics
Neutral infrastructure
A shared blockchain record supports independent verification beyond STOKR’s own systems.
Verification, 24/7
Check registry records at any time. Ownership changes are reflected automatically when token transfers are confirmed.
Privacy by design
Public records do not reveal underlying loan data or verified holder identities. STOKR retains identity information, with identifying data accessible through authorised credentials.
Embedded compliance
STOKR performs KYC and whitelists approved holders. Tokens can transfer only to whitelisted recipients.
Our team will contact you to arrange an introductory call before providing demo access. The demo operates on a blockchain test network. No real assets or money are involved.
