STOKR has moved to monthly transparency reporting for its digital securities providing exposure to listed equities, increasing the frequency from the quarterly cycle that applied until now.
The reporting covers the Notes CMSTR, STRCst, CMTPL, CH100 and CALCPB, each of which is fully backed by its respective underlying listed security. Every report sets out the quantity of the underlying held, the number of Notes issued, the resulting backing ratio and the global NAV of the compartment at the reporting date, and is prepared by Baker Tilly Luxembourg in its capacity as servicer of the relevant compartment.
The higher frequency reflects the fact that these Notes are now tradable on Bitfinex Securities. The latest transparency reports are available on the respective product pages on stokr.io.
The Liquid Network was paused after a bug enabled the withdrawal of around 4,000 BTC, while digital securities on STOKR remain unaffected.
