STOKR PRODUCT UPDATE - JUNE 2025

Greetings, everyone! Over the past six months, our team has delivered several significant platform upgrades — all designed to give our investors and issuers more clarity, transparency, and efficiency in managing their digital securities on Bitcoin rails.   

​New Financial Event Tracking: The Distributions Tab

We’ve introduced an entirely new way for investors to monitor and manage financial activity on STOKR with the launch of the ‘Distributions’ tab — a centralized dashboard capturing all cash flow events related to your investments.

​Introducing Payouts: Real-Time Distribution Tracking​

​

Payouts can now be initiated, tracked, and reviewed directly on the platform — streamlining fund operations while providing full visibility to investors. For each payout, investors can view:

• Accrual Period: Initiated Timestamp: When payout was processed
  
• Transaction Type: Identified as a payout event
  
• Wallet Address: Destination address of the payout
  
• Finalized Timestamp: When payout was completed
  
• Amount: Total amount disbursed per investor, displayed in currency
  
• Transaction ID: Blockchain transaction identifier
  
• Documents: Supporting payout documentation (if applicable)​

​All payout records are stored for full historical reference, with downloadable documentation for your compliance and accounting needs.

​A Unified View of Distributions

You can find in the new Distributions tab, alongside other key financial activities such as Interest payments, Redemptions, principal reduction, return of collateral etc.

Interest Payments: Scheduled returns from debt instruments or interest-bearing products.

Redemptions: Return of capital from investment exits or redemptions.

Return of Collateral: Capital inflows, e.g. margin-related collateral movements in secured loans.

Each of these is clearly categorized into Upcoming (pending) or Finalised (completed) to provide a full and organized view of past and pending distributions.

Investments Tab Replaces Transactions Tab

The former Transactions tab has been fully redesigned and renamed Investments, offering a more intuitive view of your investment activity across:

• Issuance: Your primary token allocations during new offerings:
• Transfer: OTC transfers executed off-platform (e.g. via SideSwap)
• Other Events: 
  
  • Note split (similar to stock split): Corporate actions like token splits  
    
  • Recovery: Restorations or reissuance of tokenized securities
    
  • Pledge: Tokenized securities pledged as collateral
  
  

This clearer structure helps distinguish between operational investment events and financial disbursements.

One-Click CSV Export

You can now download a complete CSV file of all your distribution activity — including payouts, interest payments, release of collateral, and redemptions — in just one click. Perfect for tax reporting, compliance filings, and personal records.
