THE LATEST STOKR RELEASE

The STOKR family has been working around the clock so that we can deliver the most innovative, empowering, and dynamic interface for you all. That being said, it’s always exciting and rewarding when new parts of our product have been pushed live so that we can finally share them with you and fuel innovation together.

We’ve just recently released two new parts of our interface: the STO Detail Page for ParkinGO, and the Investing 101 subpages.

STO DETAIL PAGE

If you didn’t already know, last May we announced that the first Security Token Offering (STO) to be launched on STOKR is for the innovative mobility company, ParkinGO. The public STO round will be going live very soon, so before this, we want our #EverydayInvestors to get familiar with our key interface features.

The STO Detail Page is your go-to place to learn more about the venture, the team behind it, the investment details and much more. At STOKR we believe in being as transparent as possible, so you can understand everything about a project before investing in it. In terms of investment details, this page shows you: the amount of days left for the STO, the amount of investors already involved, the amount of capital that has been raised so far (publicly & privately), and the percentage of the venture’s revenues to be distributed in accordance to the Terms.

We then offer an ‘Important Considerations’ section which explains further information that should be known before investing into the venture. This describes the company stage, where they’re standing financially with their forecasted growth, their industry, and a brief insight into their competitors. This will be the window to deeper info once the information sheet and other relevant documents are published by the company.

For information specifically related to the venture, we offer you the company overview which includes vital information such as their valuation, headquarters’ location, founded date, and number of employees. Going deeper into this section, you will then discover a complete company pitch, a holistic insight into the team and their LinkedIn accounts, free downloadable company files, and live updates of the STO’s status. One key feature that we’re very proud of is the ‘comments’ tab. At STOKR, we believe in building a community and encouraging everyone to make new connections - it’s one of our foundational pillars. That being said, the ‘comments’ tab allows you to ask questions, make comments, give suggestions or raise red-flags and add emojis (as you prefer). Other #EverydayInvestors like yourself can respond to you, as well as the venture’s team and founder/s. Pretty cool, hey?

INVESTING 101

Another pillar that drives the STOKR engine is education. That’s why we’ve created an informative and interactive part of our interface: Investing 101. This educational aspect allows users to learn from the fundamental basics of investing and getting on the blockchain, to more specific topics like different crypto wallet types and how to take care of your recovery phrase.

We’ll also be regularly adding new learning blocks onto the 101, which means once you’ve finished a certain topic, you can begin the next one shortly after. These topics will dive deeper as you go further down the 101’s, so you’ll be able to start with the absolute basics, or skip down to the more complex lessons if you’re already a few steps ahead. With the launch of these new features, we’re officially one step closer to the pubic STO going live for ParkinGO!
