In a significant move to facilitate wider participation to tokenized real-world assets, STOKR has announced strategic partnerships with tokenstreet and Donau Capital. This collaboration aims to lower the entry barrier for professional investors, allowing them to engage in STOKR's high-value offerings with reduced minimum investments.
STOKR empowers asset managers, fund managers, and issuers to tokenize a wide array of financial assets, streamlining the process of raising capital in the digital investment landscape. Since 2018, STOKR has facilitated major fundraising efforts in real-world asset tokenization, featuring projects such as the Blockstream Mining Note, BASIC Fund, and Aquarius Fund. To date, STOKR has supported the raising of over US$80 million. These investments typically required a minimum stake of €100,000, limiting access to a broader range of investors.
Recognizing the growing demand from its community, STOKR has responded by enabling investment opportunities at significantly lower ticket sizes. Through its partnerships with tokenstreet and Donau Capital, STOKR will now offer these premium investments starting from as low as US$5,000. This initiative not only broadens the spectrum of potential investors but also aligns with STOKR’s commitment to inclusivity in investment opportunities.
The collaboration with tokenstreet and Donau Capital will also enhance STOKR's ability to qualify certain investors as professionals, thereby expanding their access to exclusive market segments and enhancing liquidity in the digital securities ecosystem.
