STOKR PRODUCT UPDATE - APRIL 2022

Happy spring everyone!

In this product update, we have broadened security token outcomes by opening trading on secondary markets and improved the functionalities on the venture dashboard for a better and more transparent investor follow-up.

SECONDARY MARKET BITFINEX / MERJ

Our BMN security tokens are now open on secondary markets through two platforms: Bitfinex Securities Exchange and the MERj Exchange. Soon, investors will be able to withdraw their BMN tokens, one of our most recent offerings, from their Bitfinex Securities account and hold them in their whitelisted Green Wallet, registered on STOKR. VENTURE DASHBOARD IMPROVEMENTS

We have improved the UX/UI design and improved available data for issuers to better follow investments and manage investors. Issuer administrators can now follow investors using their email addresses, see pending and past investments by investor and date, and have more accurate KPIs and investment ratio about past and current offerings.

PRIVATE OFFERING ONBOARDING

Issuers can now manage investors for private offerings using a new and dedicated page. Issuer administrators can add new investors, manage their rights to invest in private offerings, follow the investors’ onboarding process, and add personal notes for each investor. Issuers are also notified daily of investors interested in their private offering, which user has completed their onboarding and is ready to invest. Investors can register interest directly from the STOKR STO details page in private offerings before being contacted by the ventures.
