We are excited to announce new product updates that will enhance your experience on our platform. Our team has been hard at work developing new features and improving existing ones to make investing in digital assets even more seamless and user-friendly.
We have added a new feature to keep all of your relevant offering files in one place. In the user dashboard, there is a new tab called Documents that houses all of the documents including investment agreements, offering terms, and any file ventures may deem necessary for users to access.

It’s always good to be able to directly address an investor who may want to give your venture potentially thousands of dollars in private funding with their preferred name. So we added a feature requiring users to input their name so they can be addressed properly.

Private investor onboarding was further improved by adding these management tools for the ventures.

Our KYC/AML verification capabilities are being noticed by more than just our users. NYM, a high level mixnet infrastructure that prevents third party web traffic analysis, has enlisted STOKR to help onboard some of their community members using our KYC solution. If you would like to know more about NYM, their services and how their technology works, please see this video here...
As we evolve and steadily increase our user base, it’s required that our investors feel safe with any sensitive information some of our offerings and platform processes may require. Some of our more institutional investment projects require a bit more than just KYC and a proof of address. We have included a pathway to upload your Tax ID making us compliant with the Common Reporting Standard - the global standard for the sharing of financial account information. This helps keep our business and your investments safer.

There are some new page structures that we have implemented with our newest offering - Project Nexus - on the horizon, read more about it here. As this is a real estate asset class, information must be relayed in a way we haven’t quite shown before. If you take a look at the Nexus STO detail page, you will see some new features such as an embedded, interactive Google Maps tool, a redesigned Fast Facts section and new Important Considerations also specific to the project. This is the framework we plan to keep for any further real estate projects.
