STOKR PRODUCT UPDATE - SEPTEMBER 2022

Autumn is upon us!

Hello everyone and welcome back to another STOKR update post. We’ve had an active summer building our platform, exploring new opportunities and exciting projects that we know investors will be interested in.

A MORE DETAILED LOOK INTO OUR SERVICES

We are excited to finally release this new feature explaining our three-suite business model for investing on the blockchain.

• SME Fundraising - A complete fund raising solution for start-ups and SMEs. Join our investment marketplace and create a community of educated investors. Raise capital while growing your brand engagement.
• Asset Tokenization - Tokenize any assets and raise capital through institutional grade blockchain solutions. Benefit from our dedicated investment structures to issue digital securities and manage your investors.
• Fund Tokenization - Tokenize your investment fund units and open it for a new world of investors. Your investors will be able to do everything on STOKR, from accessing fund information to KYC, client onboarding and digital reporting. Tokenized fund units will also enable low friction secondary trading.

There is something for everyone including investors and ventures and we intend to provide as much help as possible to achieve your goals, so take a look at our service suites to see how we can be of service to you!

UPGRADES TO OUR OFFERING PAGES

There are some new features added on the homepage of our platform, namely further specifying the information of the STOs we have listed on our “Featured Assets” section including who they are for and what type of projects they are. We illustrate this with some new icons that include info tips detailing this information.

We also improved the functionality slightly directly on the STO details page. If you are a logged in investor and want to take the steps to register for a project that you are not yet eligible to invest in, we have added an “I’m Interested” button that will always show on all pages, regardless if you are eligible or not. This way, we are still able to register your interest even if the offering is closed to you.

We definitely have more plans coming, and we are excited to share these updates. Thanks for reading and we’ll talk soon!
