STOKR FEATURED ON RWA.XYZ: VALIDATING OUR POSITION IN THE GLOBAL RWA LANDSCAPE

We are proud to announce that STOKR is now prominently featured on rwa.xyz, one of the most widely recognized analytics platforms for the real-world asset (RWA) market. This integration marks a significant milestone in establishing STOKR's visibility within the tokenization space, providing third-party validation of our market position.

Through this collaboration, STOKR now ranks as the 7th largest tokenization platform globally by tokenized asset value. This achievement underscores our consistent growth trajectory and the increasing demand for our diverse product suite.

Several STOKR-issued products are currently listed on the platform, including Blockstream Mining Note 2 (BMN2), which is ranked as the 7th largest tokenized asset globally.

Additionally, the Liquid Network now ranks #3 among the largest networks on rwa.xyz, further highlighting the growing relevance of Bitcoin-based tokenization infrastructure in the digital securities market.

THE LAUNCH OF GOLDSTREAM FUND: PIONEERING TOKENIZED GOLD WITH BITCOIN-BACKED YIELDS

We’re pleased to announce the launch of the Goldstream Fund (GSTR), a Luxembourg-registered, tokenized alternative investment fund (AIF) that combines tokenized gold exposure with Bitcoin-backed fixed-income yields.

The fund executes a "Carry Trade Strategy", designed to capture the spread between low-cost gold-backed borrowing and higher-yielding BTC-collateralized lending. With a minimum of 90% of fund assets allocated to tokenized gold (XAUt), investors benefit from potential gold price appreciation while simultaneously earning net carry trade income. Fund units are issued on the Liquid Network, ensuring efficient settlement, custody, and regulatory compliance.

Institutional-Grade Bitcoin-Backed Lending:

The Bitcoin-backed lending market has matured into a defined institutional asset class, operating under rigorous standards: strongly overcollateralized loan-to-value ratios, automated risk controls with real-time margin monitoring, and strict no-rehypothecation policies.

Goldstream operates directly within this framework. The fund deploys capital into selective, overcollateralized loans while maintaining conservative risk parameters, leveraging the market's deep liquidity to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns.

For borrowers, this translates into direct access to stablecoin liquidity against Bitcoin collateral at competitive rates starting from 8% APR (tiered by loan size and structure). Liquidity is available through both direct lending arrangements and the Debifi platform—both maintaining segregated custody with guaranteed no-rehypothecation of collateral.
